Samsung starts producing a 256Gb SSD storage
Last week the Samsung Company, the world leader in producing the semiconducting technique, started to produce the 256Gb SSD storage.
The number of produced SSD storages is much bigger than it was with the previous models. The speed of reading is about 220 Mb per second, and the speed of recording is 200 Mb/second, what makes the space between the operations of reading and recording shorter for about 10% (if to take into consideration the other storages it equals 20-70%.
